Whether you have purchased an existing home to be moved to a new block or need to relocate your existing house from one block to a completely new one, our team is here to assist you. You have the option to source your own home or consult with us to explore available options. We will provide a thorough assessment to ensure a seamless relocation process.

We can move homes of any size as long as they can be neatly cut for relocation and are supported by stumps. Our truck can carry a maximum width of 5.6 meters, and roofs will be dropped due to height restrictions. All houses are supported with temporary structures during the move to prevent damage. Once at your new block, the house will be seamlessly pieced back together and connected, and the roof will be re-raised.

The Difference Between Relocating & Repositioning

While both processes involve moving an entire home, there are distinct differences between relocation and repositioning:

• Relocation: This process involves transporting the house to a completely separate location. It is the ideal solution for utilising an established house on a separate block of land, typically sourced from a block marked for demolition or redevelopment.
• Repositioning: This process keeps the house on the same block but involves moving it to a different location within the plot. Repositioning is useful when you plan to utilise more of your block or extend the house, requiring the house to be shifted to create space.
